Welcome to Seravelle Group, a Dubai-based consultancy providing end-to-end business solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

Services Provided

We offer a comprehensive suite of services including:

• Business setup consultancy (UAE and international jurisdictions)

• PRO services and government liaison

• Business matching and investor/partner introductions

• Data mining and market research for strategic decision-making

• Marketing and branding services, including strategy, identity design, and content creation

• Tech solutions: CRM setup, domain registration, business email

• Ongoing operational support: IT, HR, administration, and digital presence management

All core services are delivered by our Dubai HQ, with client acquisition led by local branch partners globally.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate documentation and information

• Comply with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks

• Pay fees on time as outlined in the agreement

Fees and Payments

• Fees are specified per service proposal or agreement

• Payments must be made in AED (or agreed currency)

• Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services

Service Delivery

• Project timelines and deliverables are defined per contract

• Delays caused by third-party entities (e.g., government bodies) are not our liability

Confidentiality

All client data, business strategies, and documents are treated as confidential. We ensure secure handling and limited access internally.

Limitation of Liability

Seravelle Group shall not be held liable for:

• Delays due to external agencies or government timelines

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Client misuse or misapplication of deliverables or advice

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Refunds for prepaid services will depend on contract terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Legal matters will be subject to Dubai court jurisdiction.
